It is your personal quest to ban single-use plastic water bottles from our planet. You want to make every Dopper customer part of our P.E.T. Free movement. Basically, you live and breathe the Dopper mission. Which will only make you more eager to increase Dopper’s commercial success. How will you take on this challenge? Easy. You are a result-driven person, a skilled negotiator and above all: you do NOT give up. This does not mean you’re a shark. As a matter of fact, you are a fun and connected person with strong coaching and communication skills. Which will make your team thrive. You’re a triple threat, because – next to commercial and people skills – you are a process optimization guru. It is what you do best. You can’t help yourself but suggest improvements, jump on opportunities and come up with smart solutions. Proactive? That’s your middle-name. With you on board, our Inside Sales team will run as smooth as a summer lake at dawn!

A day in the life of our Inside Sales Manager
Those bottles of ours are selling like hot cakes. Commercially-minded as you are, you enjoy ticking off those sales targets. But for you, this is not enough. You’re on a quest to get every partner – resell, retail and B2B – to actively spread our mission. Luckily, you have our Inside Sales team at your side. You are their manager, helping them reach KPI’s, improve service levels and coaching them so they can reach their full potential. They are ocean-saving heroes to start with, so, the bar is raised! You’re not one of those micro managers, but you do know everything that is going on. You monitor the mail boxes, divide tasks and make sure that your team excels regarding response time – and conversion, of course. You love it when a plan comes together, so you want your A Team to work as efficiently as possible. By streamlining processes, introducing useful tools and improving sales materials (phone scripts, mail templates etc.). But you’re not just guessing what your team should be focusing on. Knowledge is power. And you know it. Analyzing results, weekly reports, customer satisfaction rates. You LOVE data and are eager to share results and insights with your team and the International Sales Manager and Operations Manager. Room to improve? You’re on it!

Functie eisen

Up for the challenge? This would help:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within an Inside Sales team;
  • Experience in managing a (Inside Sales) team;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch;
  • Experience with optimizing and implementing processes and procedures.

Our bottle is a unique Dutch design, envisioned by Rinke van Remortel. It received an honorable mention during 2013’s Red Dot Design Award
and a silver Cradle2Cradle certificate. What’s more? 5% of our net turnover is donated to Dopper Foundation which invests in change-makers and solutions for the pollution that go beyond the bottle.
